C.E.O & Founder of Pier Construction Inc. and Manhattan Maids.  Residing in the Upper East Side with my wife and beautiful Havanese dog, Jolie.  In my free time, you can find me at our house in Westchester or in the city, grabbing dinner/lunch or taking walks with Jolie or playing pickleball at Carl Shurz Park. Originally from Haiti, came to the states over 35 years ago and received my citizenship through this great country of ours; the US. With over 23 years in the construction business, my knowledge and attention to details are my strongpoints.  

Licensed Real Estate Salesperson of Ideal Properties Group and C.S.O of Pier Construction Inc. Residing in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn with my Black Lab/Great Dane mix, Onyx. In my free time, you can find me at a concert, dinner/cooking with friends or at the park with my dog. With over 5 years as a licensed real estate salesperson, my customer service and need to please are my strong points. 

GC And Project Manager for over 13 years, and now for all construction sites at Pier Construction Inc. Residing in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn with my cats.  In my free time, you can find me at a game, hanging out with childhood friends or supporting the local arts.  Go KNICKS! My ability to adapt is definitely one of my strongpoints.
